School Days 12(END)

No, I haven't watch it yet. But hell, I already know what happened. And it's damn freaking bloody. No wonder it was cancelled from airing.

So, the ending is kinda like this. I think. For the violent parts at least.

1st, Sekai stabbed Makoto to death after seeing Makoto kissing Kotonoha(not so sure if this is correct). Then Kotonoha kills Sekai for that previous incident. I think Sekai had severed Makoto's body into several parts after Kotonoha saw the incident(not sure too). Kotonoha opens up Sekai's abdomen to see if she was pregnant or not(is this true?). Then Kotonoha holds Makoto's severed head in her arms(sickening). All the blood blackened too, as observed from the pictures.



Yeap, that's the head in her arms. And yeap, that's Makoto's severed body parts in the bag. Oh my god.

Autumn/Winter Animes!!!

Lucky Star, Nanatsuiro Drops, Zero no Tsukaima 2nd season and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei(not sayonara just yet, 2nd season to come very soon!) have all ended as I speak, and with more to follow the same path. With autumn/fall approaching and just around the corner, it's time for a new batch of animes just waiting to be aired!

These are animes that I would be watching. Any good animes coming out this October that's not in, please let me know!

1st up, Shakugan no Shana 2nd season.

She's back. Finally! Any fan of the 1st season should know that this is on top of their must-watch list. And I've finally got hold of the DVD version of the Shakugan no Shana movie. This should keep me busy until then. Starting 5 Oct 2007, Friday 1:25am.

Next, Clannad by Kyoto Animation.

Somehow, the characters are eerily similar to those in Kanon. But as a Kyoto Animation project, highly anticipated. The girl in middle = Tsukimiya Ayu??? You be the judge. Starting 5 Oct 2007, Friday 1:55am.

D.C. II ~Da Capo II~

Not much known of the storyline, but it follows the eroge of the same title. Expect harem and romance from this, like the previous Da Capo. Airing 2 Oct 2007, Tuesday 12:00am.

The story revolves around the protagonist Hirono Hiro, a poor high school boy who draws shoujo manga for his living. One cold Christmas night after meeting a very strange woman in a church, who tells him that he's going to meet someone he has to meet, his bike gets stolen by another strange girl. He runs after her and finds her collapsed on the street. Her name is Miyamura Miyako and her bag got stolen by a man on a motorbike. Soon after, they start hanging out together, enjoying high school life. Miyako falls for Hiro pretty quickly but naturally finds a rival in his childhood friend, Shindou Kei, who has been dictating Hiro's life since ever.

Quite an interesting title. Haven't got hold of the "visual novel"(eroge in disguise), but I've heard that the story's pretty solid. Starting 7 Oct 2007, Sunday 1:35am.

Kodomo no Jikan

It's the cute ones you've gotta watch out for...

23-year old school teacher Aoki Daisuke has a huge problem. One of his precocious 3rd Grade students, Kokonoe Rin, has the hots for him?! Yes, mischievous Rin has proclaimed herself to be Daisuke-sensei's girlfriend and is now on a warpath to win him over or cause him to lose his job...whichever comes first!
Besides Rin, Daisuke's got other problems to take care of -- one of the students in his class, Mimi (one of Rin`s friends), hasn't been attending school recently.

Kodomo no Jikan is produced by Studio Barcelona, which is behind the recently ended Nanatsuiro Drops. Loved the art done by them, so this is naturally in my watch list. NO I AM NOT A LOLICON. Starting 11 Oct 2007, Thursday 2:00am.

KimiKiss Pure Rouge

Wierd title, but nice art. Not surprising as this anime will be produced by J.C.Staff, who are behind the Shakugan no Shana series. Not much known about the story though, but I suspect romance. My favourite. Starting 7 Oct 2007, Sunday 2:55am.

Dragonaut : The Resonance

Another wierd titled anime. Looks nice though, and not surprising as well. This anime is produced by Gonzo, who has a pedigree of producing great animes such as the recent Seto no Hanayome, Vandread and the Full Metal Panic series. Starting 4 Oct 2007, Thursday 1:50am.

That's all for now. Will be watching out for potential animes along the way. Oh and by the way, stay away from the soon-to-be-aired animated version of Maplestory, you fans of the game. It looks REALLY UGLY. JUST LIKE IN GAME!!! UGHH.

Which one looks better? In my opinion, it's very obvious that Max Factory looks WAY better than Alter's version. Max Factory's Tsuruya-san looks more like the real character than the Alter's version, which looks like an elementary school Tsuruya-san. Great job, Max Factory!!! Now, should I buy? >.<

AHH buy lah. Since she's only coming next year, gonna have plenty of money by then. X3

Jose Mourinho quits Chelsea

Mourinho makes shock Chelsea exit

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has stunned the world of football by leaving Stamford Bridge by mutual consent.

The decision comes after the club held a crisis meeting to discuss the indifferent start to the new season.

Mourinho, 44, joined Chelsea in June 2004 and led them to the Premiership title in each of his first two seasons.

But his relationship with Blues owner Roman Abramovich grew increasingly troubled and he quit despite having three years left on his contract.

Former Chelsea player Didier Deschamps has emerged as one of the frontrunners to replace Mourinho, although Russia manager Guus Hiddink and Italian Fabio Capello are also likely to be among the contenders.

BBC Radio 5live football correspondent Jonathan Legard understands Mourinho texted senior players, including skipper John Terry, to tell them he was leaving.

Meanwhile, Peter Kenyon, the club's chief executive, Bruce Buck, the chairman, and Abramovich's key aide, Eugene Tenenbaum, were called to an emergency meeting at Stamford Bridge last night to discuss the emerging crisis.

Former Israel coach Avram Grant, recruited in the summer as director of football, is expected to take charge of the side for Sunday's Premier League clash with Manchester United.

A statement on the Chelsea website confirmed: "Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have agreed to part company today (Thursday) by mutual consent."

Many of Chelsea's staff and players had been enjoying a relaxing evening at a Fulham Broadway cinema last night as they watched a screening of "Blue Revolution" - a new documentary about the Abramovich years.

But senior players such as Terry and Frank Lampard were absent and the remainder, except a reluctant England winger Shaun Wright-Phillips, refused to talk to the media.

Mourinho also attended the evening but ignored the waiting media and looked decidedly glum.

The Portuguese made a massive impact at Chelsea after joining them from Porto, whom he guided to Champions League glory in 2004.

Last season, the Blues finished runners-up to Manchester United but won both the FA Cup and Carling Cup, a trophy they had also collected in 2005.

Mourinho's achievements also saw him voted as Premiership manager of the year in 2005 and 2006.

However, the Champions League trophy eluded the club and this season's campaign started with Tuesday's shock 1-1 draw at home to Norwegian side Rosenborg in front of a crowd of just 24,973.

It was their third successive game without a win following a 2-0 defeat at Aston Villa and a goalless draw with Blackburn in the Premier League.

Those results have left Chelsea fifth in the table - two points behind leaders Arsenal and with a visit to Manchester United to come on Sunday.

The BBC understands the impasse between Mourinho and Abramovich came to a head after their 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa earlier this month.

Mourinho has been at loggerheads with the Russian since their disagreement over the lack of funds to sign players during last January's transfer window.

Mourinho's reluctance to play Ukraine international Andriy Shevchenko, brought in by Abramovich at a cost of £31m, and the Russian's desire to bring in Grant from Portsmouth to work with the misfiring striker only served to heighten the tension.

The former Israel coach was recruited in the summer as director of football and Mourinho is understood to have simmered ever since.

Former Chelsea player Pat Nevin says that behind the scenes movements were key to Mourinho's departure.

"He's a very individual man and he thinks he should be the power at the club," Nevin told 5live.

"If you put someone of that ego, and I say that in a likeable way, in charge and then you tell him you're not quite in charge, then I think it was a recipe for disaster."

Radio 5live football correspondent Legard agreed Mourinho's relationship with Abramovich would break down at some point.

"It suited both parties that he went," said Legard. "They've had an uneasy relationship, to put it mildly."

"One: the board, Roman Abramovich and the directors were frustrated by the results this season and also the style of play. They wanted stylish football. They wanted football which appealed to the world and they weren't getting it.

"Two: Jose Mourinho was frustrated by the interference. He could not do the job how he wanted."

BBC sport editor Mihir Bose added: "It's clear this relationship has been breaking up for a long time."

Mourinho still had three years left on his contract, worth reputedly around £5m a year, after agreeing a new deal in May 2005.

At the time he signed that deal, he said: "My heart is with Chelsea and the fantastic group of players that I have but the vision of the owner and the board for the future of Chelsea is also one I want to be a part of.

"I cannot imagine another situation or another club where I could be happier. I am totally behind this project."

But the Chelsea board are thought to have become increasingly unhappy over the team's form at the beginning of the campaign.

Deschamps, who captained France to glory in the 1998 World Cup and Euro 2000, is now one of the names in the frame to replace Mourinho.

Deschamps began his coaching career with Monaco before joining Juventus, but he resigned from the Italian club in May 2007 and is currently unemployed.

He spent a year with Chelsea as a player in 1999-2000, winning the FA Cup.

As for Mourinho, who has reportedly been given a £10m pay-off by the Blues, he will not be short of job offers.

Of the 185 games he was in charge of Chelsea, they won 124, drew 40 and lost 21, a record that includes a 60-match unbeaten run in Premier League matches at Stamford Bridge.

The statistics go some way towards justifying Mourinho's famous description of himself as "a special one", made during his first press conference as Chelsea boss.

A terrible exit for the special one. Honestly Chelsea wasn't a big enough club for him. He should be better off managing Real Madrid or Barcelona. Or even coaching his own country, Portugal. This, I'm afraid, will be the beginning of the downfall of Chelsea football club.

School days was supposed to be aired yesterday(Wednesday), but somehow, for some unknown reason, all the TV channels that was supposed to air this last episode of School Days, suddenly pulled out the show and instead, this shows up on TV Kanagawa.



Yeap, a nature/scenery program. LOL.

Rumours have spread that the last episode was deemed too "violent" to be aired and so it was pulled out without prior notice. According to Random Curiosity, there was a scene of violence done by a high school girl(undoubtedly Kotonoha or Sekai) inside the last episode of the anime. And according to Mainichi News, the news of a murder of a man by his daughter using an axe is the main reason this anime was pulled off. Apparently in the last episode, the colour of the blood was also changed to black, but they finally decided not to air it.

Chiba TV, TV Aichi and TV Kanagawa had all postponed the airing for an unknown period of time. Only hope for a subbed version is through AT-X, which airs R-15 animes without restrictions.

NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT

Finally, a graphics card upgrade! Bought a new 8600GT from Saberkas last Sunday for RM4XX. This is the reason why I'm broke recently and my rants about financial difficulties in my last post. It's a mid-range graphics card and it supports DirectX 10, I say it's damn worth the money. Perhaps one of the most powerful graphics card in its catergory available today, only to be beaten by the same chipset of different clockspeed(256MB GDDR3 version of the same card). This is the 512MB GDDR2 version, not so significantly slower in terms of memory and core clock speed compared to the GDDR3 version. More details here.



Love the box. For a mid-range GFX card, the box is HUGE!!!

Silent Pipe II technology! No fan needed! There's a significant difference in noise level between my old X550 and this. I was shocked when there's virtually no sound at all when I first installed it. I thought the fan or something else had broken down! But a fan is a must if overclocking is involved. It can get pretty hot down there, especially playing graphically intense games like Bioshock.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Performance wise, this card is incredible. No problem at all running Bioshock at medium(quite smooth) or high(a bit lag here) quality, 1024x768 resolution. Considering Bioshock is based on Unreal 3 engine, that is very impressive already. Want to upgrade? 8800 and above is great but of course, the price is absurdly expensive. This card is a great alternative to 8800, with a chunk of performance loss of course. But hey, it's only RM4XX!!! Cheapest 8800 comes around RM1XXX!!! With Bioshock running smoothly, let's hope Crysis can do so too!!! X3

Oh yeah, my new Samsung YP-K3 mp3 player has finally arrived!!! Damn it's so sexy... and it's FREE(Recommended retail price, according to Samsung Malaysia: RM599)!!! XD

Sound quality is incredible, and the equalizer is my favourite. Better than my Sony walkman!!! And no more Sonicstage here!!! Just drag and drop whatever I want...



Sounds superb with my new audiophile level in ear monitors(IEM), which costed me RM180. Shit, no wonder I'm broke now.

Oh my.

I have three figures coming next month(Nagato Yuki, Kureha and Ayu) and I have only RM100 in my pocket. Not to mention another four coming November(KOSMOS), December(Nendoroid Suzumiya Haruhi, Aisaka Taiga) and January(Louise Bustier version). I knew I shouldn't have bought that graphics card first. Damn. Five of them are over RM200 too. That made things worse didn't it?

Okay, no more pre-orders. Louise will be the last one. LAST ONE. Now I have to eat grass for the next four months and pray that I'll have enough nutrients in my brain to go for the STPM in November. X3

スクール デイズ

Kotonoha finally smiles!!!

Makoto has slept with almost every major girl character in the anime. What is up with all those girls? I can't even begin to understand what is so great about that SOB anyway. So yeah, he got Sekai pregnant. This should be the point where he stops sleeping with other girls right? Nope. No way. He still frantically searches his cell phone for his "whores" during Christmas night. But Otome, Hikari and Otome's friends all rejected him. And he wandered around the city to a big Christmas tree where Kotonoha(still crazy about him) waited and waited for Makoto since who-knows-when. Makoto saw her and realized(finally) what he had done. While Kotonoha continues with her monologue about how she will be a good girlfriend to Makoto and such, he hugged Kotonoha while whispering "I like you" or something like that. Kotonoha finally smiled.

Cheap bastard. After sleeping with all the girls, now he's going back to Kotonoha? What about the pregnant Sekai? And I thought finally Makoto has take up the responsibility of cleaning up the mess he has done. Still not sure about the real ending to this anime though, most probably a good ending. But I'm sure that a lot will have to happen next episode(which is the final one) if a good ending is to come.

Kotonoha's shirt unbuttoned at the start(she made love(unconsciously?) with dunno-what's-his-name after Makoto didn't accept her invitation to the folk dance), Sekai kisses Makoto at the folk dance with Kotonoha having a front-seat view, Setsuna kissing Makoto for the 2nd time and offers her body to Makoto(reluctantly, and thank goodness nothing happened), Makoto acting as an a-hole by making love(again!!!) with Otomo in the sports equipment storeroom, a lifeless looking Kotonoha with lifeless black eyes(scary!), and Setsuna finally leaving for France without saying goodbye to anyone. Oh, and Sekai, now you're finally going to dump Makoto right? Yeah, she saw the video of Makoto making love to Otome during the school's festival in the famous ”休憩室”. If you are confused at this point, don't even try to read again. See next paragraph.

Episode 10 of School Days, is without a doubt, the most eventful compared to all of the other episodes so far. If you haven't watch it yet, go do it now!

Next episode is called "Minna no Makoto", which is the harem ending of the eroge. Which means Makoto gets all the girls? I really doubt it though. I can imagine Sekai and Kotonoha teaming up together doing something really nasty. Mmmm. Bloody violence.

The covers... look really cheesy. But Kagamin and Tsukasa sugoku kawaii!!! Konata looks a bit too energetic... And Miyuki's resembling Miruku-chan more and more... Haven't tried the songs yet, but a word of advice. Don't expect anything like the charasongs of Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu though. Maybe that's why I don't really want to try them out, afraid of being disappointed? Anyone out there tried the songs already?

宇多田ヒカル - Beautiful World

Hikki-chan's new single, Beautiful World(released 29/8/2007) which is also the theme song of the anime movie "Rebuild of Evangelion". Great song, and as usual, great lyrics as well. Another Oricon chart-topping song as expected from Hikki-chan. Highly recommended!!!

Heroes who didn't make it into DoTA

A few of the missing underdogs who didn’t make it...
Hero 1: Michael Jackson

Hero Description:

MJ was taunted as one of the best agility hero yet to make an appearance in Dota Sentinel. His swift dance moves can easily dodge enemy's attack. On top of that his masking abilities allow him to be either black (at night) or white (in daytime).

Hero Skills:

1. Crotch attack - Disabling attack...but works only on male hero.

2. Break dance - +99% Evasion (most effective against dodging tinkers missile attack)

3. Black & White - Camouflage effects.

Ultimate: Moon Walk. A combination of Windwalk + Luna's eclipse makes u go Uh hoo!!

Why this hero didn't make it:

-MJ tends to lose concentration when opponent players are little boys.

Hero 2: Osama Bin Laden

Hero Description:

Osama was supposed to be the next big hit with scourge players. His experience as a top terrorist paid off when he is drafted as one of the potential intel based nuke hero. (please note though Osama starting base intel is -1)

Hero Skills:

1. Car bomb - Powerful destruction skill with superior AOE. Cheap too.

2. Terrorist Kidnap - Locks enemy hero for a period of time depending on the amount of gold ransom paid.

3. Al-Jazeera - Using satellite network to broadcast enemy hero's movement.

Ultimate: 911 A powerful skill that summons two Boeing 747s to bring down enemy's towers.

Why this hero didn't make it:

-Osama is prone to go MIA (missing in action) whenever the action begins.

Hero 3: Saddam Hussein

Hero Description:

A close ally of Osama and also a potential scourge hero but Saddam is all about strength. His brute force is terrifying and together with his fat stomach, he can be a good tanker.

Hero Skills:

1. Human Shield - Hiding behind a wall of human shield, Saddam gets bonus armor (+10 or depending on number of people blocking).

2. Chemical Ali - Release poisonous gas that reduces armor and mildly stinks.

3. Conceal - Ability to hide all weapons on his item list and sometimes hide himself.

Ultimate: WMD Weapon of mass destruction, though this is yet to be confirmed.

Why this hero didn't make it:

-Saddam is afraid of binding skills like Rhasta's shackles or anything that resembles a rope.

Hero 4: George Bush

Hero Description:

Bush comes from a long tradition of pathetic heroes (I meant patriotic heroes) and considers himself a sentinel even U.N. protested against it. Bush is more of a support hero type just like in real life he supported war on terrorism, war on Iran, war on Afghan, war on Pakistan, etc. all kind of wars.

Hero Skills:

1. Ally Attacks - Summon allies to help whenever in danger (condition: the ally hero must be Tony Blair).

2. War-on-Terror - Anti timestop skill specifically aimed at Dark Terror (for being so gay in late game).

3. UN Inspection - Ability to find all hidden weapons belonging / not belonging to Saddam and sometimes find Saddam himself.

Ultimate: Presidential Re-Election Similar to Skeleton King's reincarnation, Bush can revive himself from the dead and terrorize enemies again. (Same skill used by George Bush Snr. but cooldown is every 5 years)

Why this hero didn't make it:

-A part of him made it actually. Think fire Bush.


Hero 5: Sammy Vel**

Hero Description:

Sammy is practically and undead. Having outlived all legal lifespan for human, Sammy still has the vitality of a Bollywood star, all thanks to his Magic, Incantation & Conjuring (read: MIC) Powers. Sammy is therefore classified an Intel hero.

Hero Skills:

1. Raise Toll - Summon expensive Trolls to help Sammy farm for more gold.

2. Leak - Similar to mana leak but this skill is aimed at leaking enemies gold. (and sometimes leaking roof).

3. Collapse - A powerful spell that causes Building or Bridges to collapse and cause damage to enemies.

Ultimate: Finger Point Unlike Lion's finger, Sammy's finger point allows him to transfer all the blame (I mean damage) caused by enemy onto him to another unsuspecting hero allowing Sammy to live and fight another day.

Why this hero didn’t make it:

Sammy is currently focused on practicing all kinds of voodoo magic to help him rejuvenate his HP. (HP - Hair Problem)

Hero 6: David Beckham

Hero Description:

Beckham is chosen to be a Dota hero, not because of his good looks, tattoos or his gay voice. The truth is, Beckham was chosen just so we get to see more of Posh Spice's boobs. Beckham's global market reach is already tempting Blizzard to consider making David Beckham endorsed Plate Mail Street Wear, Potion Cola & Tango Snacks.

Hero Skills:

1. Free Kick - A swerving blast of energy with a range of 40 yards leaving the enemies defense all stunned.

2. Penalty Miss - A passive skill combining armor penalty + evasion is powerful enough to send enemy heroes running (and also send England out of Euro 04)

3. England Call Up - Beckham summons his England teammates like Lampah, Jialat & Looney to fight the enemy. Last for 90 seconds.

Ultimate: Victoria Secret Beckham can unleash the power of Victoria Adam's singing causing enemy's ears to bleed non stop. At level 16, the rest of the Spices Girls joins in. (Think Naga's Song of Siren + Seeker's Rupture).

Why this hero didn’t make it:

Beckham has switched from playing football with Real Madrid to playing Division 3 hockey with LA Galaxy. He is seriously considering a career change to acting in the next Hollywood blockbuster Bang it like Beckham.

Hero 7: Tom Cruise

Hero Description:

Beckham's best mate in Hollywood, Tom Cruise is one of our favourite star known for his action stunts and also the sex scenes in Eyes Wide Shut (check it out). Tom's natural ability to swing from one Hollywood chick to another makes him a perfect Agility hero.

Hero Skills:

1. Mission Impossible I - Tom hides a bomb that can make to resemble any item (example a tango or a branch) amongst enemy hero's item. The fake item self destructs in 5 second unless being dropped by the enemy. So think twice when you see a divine lying on the ground.

2. Mission Impossible II- Tom has the ability to swing an invisible rope and slide into enemy's ground without being detected. (Though this may result to a ban if backdoor is not allowed) If trained to perfection, Tom can be hanging from enemy's fire bush (without getting fried) and steal items from the chicken.

3. Mission Impossible III - Tom repeats the same stuff in MI: 1 and MI: 2

Ultimate: The Last Samurai In the event all of his teamates are dead and he is facing an impending gang bang, Tom performs the Harakiri and calls for a 'fast game pls' or 'remake'.

Why this hero didn’t make it:

Being a scientologist, Tom refuse to believe in hero's skill like Zeus's Thundergod's Wrath or Sven's God Strength resulting to unnecessary feeding.
